We stand behind the quality of our custom LED neon signs. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 daysof delivery for a full refund.

How to Return
- 1.Contact us at support@designlab.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate your return.
- 2.We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.
- 3.Package your item securely in its original packaging (if available) and ship it back to us.
- 4.Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund.
Return Shipping
Returns are free - you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return package arrives safely.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
