Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Mainland China. We work with trusted manufacturing partners to ensure the highest quality custom LED signs.
Processing & Handling Time
Each custom sign is made to order, which means we need time to perfect your design. Our standard processing time is 3 business daysto ensure your design is finished and approved before shipping.
This includes design review, production setup, and quality checks to ensure your sign meets our standards.
Shipping Methods
We ship using ePacket and other reliable shipping services (similar to those used by AliExpress) to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently to addresses in the USA.
All packages are carefully packaged to protect your custom sign during transit.
Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 9-13 business days after shipping.
Extended Delivery: In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days, especially during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, customs processing, and shipping carrier. We'll provide tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package's journey from our facility in China to your doorstep.
